 Do not move cards to the foundations unnecessarily. They may be needed for lower cards in the
tableau.
You are not obligated to play cards to the tableau
(outer columns). It is often good policy to play cards from the
tableau
which free spaces to be filled with the lower cards in the
waste pile or in the stock.
It's useful to create spaces when there is a top card from the waste pile worth saving.
