 The success of the game depends entirely on how the
waste piles are manipulated. One pile should be built only with high cards (Kings, Queens or Jacks), which otherwise block the lower cards.
You are not obligated to fill all the column on the tableau. It is often good policy to keep a column or two unpacked.
