Please check the
following:
Video Card
Some video cards can create problems in game applications, including
SolSuite.
1) You can check the web page of your video card manufacturer for updated
drivers. To see the video card you are using, open Start, Settings, Control
Panel, Display, Settings tab, Advanced button, Adapter tab.
2) Decrease the
hardware acceleration.
Click on Start, Settings, Control Panel, Display, Settings tab, Advanced button,
Troubleshooting tab. Decrease the hardware acceleration to correct possible
problems. Try all positions from "Full" to "None".
Sound Card
1) Run SolSuite.
Before starting a game, choose the Options command from the Tools Menu and
disable all sounds in the Sounds tab.
Play several games. If it's OK, then update your sound driver or disable possible music software installed on your P.C. Check the web page of your sound card
manufacturer for updated drivers.
You are using Windows 98, Windows Me, Windows NT or Windows 2000 and you get the message:
"Exception in module SolSuite.exe [...] [...] requires the Microsoft GDI+ library to be installed."
To solve the problem, please install the Microsoft GDI+ library.
1)
Click here to download the Microsoft GDI+ library and save the
file to your desktop.
2) When the download is complete, double click the downloaded file to start the installation.
3) Install the the Microsoft GDI+ library in the
SolSuite folder. The installation folder must be where SolSuite is installed
(the default folder is: C:\Program Files\SolSuite).
