The status bar is the bar at the bottom
of the playing area that displays card pile hints and rules
information for the item of the playing area when you point the
cursor. To see the description for an item on the status bar, rest the
mouse pointer over the item for a moment.

From the Tools menu, click
Customize, or press Ctrl+U.

Select the General tab.

Select or clear the Status bar
check box on the Show area.

Click OK.
