Congratulations and thanks to the SolSuite staff. This has been the most efficient and timely technical support I've ever experienced from any company by e-mail. I certainly did not expect a reply so quickly on a Sunday! I expected to wait a minimum 3 business days but to my pleasant surprise, I received an answer to my first question from late Saturday night at 5:06 a.m. on Sunday. My second question was answered about 10 minutes later! Talk about excellent service. Both answers were very concise and easy to understand and I was able to remedy the problem immediately, even with my limited computer knowledge. Had I known, I would have contacted you much sooner rather than spend so much time trying to solve the problem by myself!
